UX Designer

I don't know you, but I know something about you.

I know you live and breathe UX and visual design.

I know you love taking an idea or a written product description and shepherding it through a user-centered design process.

I know you love to rapidly sketch out possible solutions to a problem in a room with other team members. You love helping them stretch their minds to see alternative solutions.

I know you spend an unusual amount of time studying web and mobile products, trying to understand what makes them work so well, noting the details most people miss that have an enormous impact.

I know you are a self starter. You've spent more nights than you care to admit tinkering, learning something new, coming up with ideas and putting them out in the world.

I know you don't have all the answers. You want to learn from people with different skills and be exposed to new challenges.

I know you're ambitious. You want more than to be able to simply say you make something pretty. You want companies to grow because of your work, to be able to say "I made that."

I know you want your work to be an opportunity to practice being a better version of yourself. To take your ideals about discipline and excellence and craftsmanship and deliberately hone them every day, with a group of people similarly working to create better versions of themselves.

I know you're curious to find out why you would have that opportunity at a company called Digital Intent.

You want to learn about a vision for a company that doesn't simply design or build software, but takes on more responsibility than is probably wise to help their clients succeed.

I hope that you take action on that desire to learn more. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
